Yes, unopened bottles with their seal intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

We are sorry. Send a photo of the bottle and packaging to contact@vexoparis.com within 14 days, with your order number, and we will replace it.

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 14 business days.

Every Vexo fragrance is an Extrait de Parfum, the richest concentration in perfumery (30%), in a 100 ml bottle.

It depends on your skin, the weather and where you apply it. Richer series such as the Dark Series usually last longer; softer ones sit closer to the skin.
